About Me

My name is Kyriako Anastasiadis. I have been married since 2015 and I’m a proud father of three wonderful girls. Before my father sold his investment properties I had visions of taking those over and making them more profitable with my siblings. While being a full time teacher, and the main source of income for my wife and kids, I knew I needed another source of income if I wanted to purchase investment properties of my own. My childhood friend introduced me to his short term rental business and he helped me get started. Skeptical at first I thought this wasn’t for me, but then I went through a summer season of doing Airbnb and saw the income over a year span and quickly realized, this is what will help me get investment properties that I could pass down to my children, and my children’s children.    In the Fall of 2022 I had four Airbnb units. My goal was to have ten in one year. From Fall of 2022 to Fall of 2023 I went from four Airbnb units to eighteen Airbnb units. I do not see myself slowing down either as the landlord I work with see their net operating income increase, and their properties better maintained than a long term tenant
